About the Role:

As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the overall functionality and safety of our facilities. This includes tasks such as:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities

• Responding to maintenance requests and addressing issues in a timely and efficient manner

• Collaborating with other department members to ensure seamless operations

• Participating in on-call rotation to address emergency maintenance situations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the overall functionality and safety of facilities

• Identify and report potential safety hazards and suggest solutions

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations

• Participate in on-call rotation to address emergency maintenance situations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1 years of experience in maintenance or a related field

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
