• Typical:
  • Determine if a Work Request has been requested before and when.
  • Determine which department a Work Request should be directed to.
• Difficult:
  • Prioritizing daily workload so all demands are met while all requests are supported.
• Impact: Without proper Work Order Management, jobs could be delayed or not performed.
• Consequences: An extra loss in downtime and/or spending could occur without properly executed notifications of Work Requests or problematic situations.
• Visibility of Decisions / Review by Supervisor: Daily

• High School
• Basic Maintenance Background
• Knowledge with SAP Software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding communication and documentation skills.
• Must be able to work under little supervision.
