Bellisio Foods is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to organize plant maintenance, lead planning and scheduling for preventive and corrective programs, and ensure safety and quality standards. You will supervise 4–8 mechanics, collaborate across departments, and maintain SOPs for inspections.
The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong problem solving, and weekend availability as needed, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree (Associate degree considered).
