We are looking for a dependable part-time Custodian/Floater to join our team! The right candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for both customers and employees across our dealership.
Responsibilities- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces throughout the dealership including restrooms, counters, kitchens, and doors daily
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring throughout the facility
- Restock paper products, air fresheners, toilet seat barriers, and kitchen condiments throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness of customer lounge, kids' lounge, employee breakroom, and all office areas
- Properly store, handle, and dispose of cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety regulations
- Report potential hazards or safety concerns to management promptly
- Respond to emergencies requiring cleanup as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining professionalism in a customer-facing environment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or greater
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on business needs
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience a plus
- Clean Driving Record
- Must be 18+years of age for insurance purposes
