Automotive Paintless Dent Repair- Trainee

Overview

Join Dent Wizard as an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. No experience required; comprehensive paid training will be provided. This role offers the potential to earn $60,000–$150,000+ with uncapped commission, plus a full benefits package.

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat and lift up to 50pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Starting compensation: $21.00 per hour.
