At Kimberly-Clark, you’ll have opportunities to innovate, grow, and make a real impact in electrical maintenance at Loudon Mill.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain equipment associated with production, packaging, and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Provide electrical maintenance support at Loudon Mill, supporting specific assets and working with maintenance crews as needed.
  • Work on a range of technology and equipment in a clean environment.
  • Diagnose and resolve urgent challenges and problems, each day differing.
  • Support a 10-hour shift, 4 days a week schedule with evening and weekend call-in support as needed.
  • Perform work safely, report unsafe acts and conditions, and reinforce safe work behaviors.
  • Demonstrate technical skill proficiency and comply with housekeeping standards.
  • Participate in task analysis and process-specific maintenance training, retaining key knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and work groups to meet business, quality, and capability requirements.
  • Develop and demonstrate skills and knowledge of the manufacturing process.
  • Learn and demonstrate problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Maintain constructive and effective working relationships with team members, partners from other process areas, and resources.
  • Proactively confront barriers to effective cooperation or performance.
  • Exhibit flexibility by supporting other site needs, non-day shift work, nights, weekends, and call-ins as required.
  • Communicate concisely, completely, and timely about business issues.
Qualifications
  • 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • State or U.S. Department of Education-accredited high school diploma, GED, or Grade 12 certificate.
  • Three (3) or more years of skilled electrical maintenance work in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent.
  • Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and good math skills.
  • Pass pre-employment assessment, drug and background screening, and Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
  • Physical ability to work on elevated platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, and confined spaces.
  • Post-high school vocational training in E&I technology desirable.
  • Specific trade experience in general electrical maintenance, PLC programming, instrumentation, DCS, and lower- or medium-voltage electrical work desirable.

Compensation

Starting hourly wage: $33.33 USD. Eligible for overtime pay and pay increases within the first year.
