Greater Fort Wayne Area & Surrounding Communities – 30+ Hours per Week (Includes Rotating Weekends) – $16–$19/hour (based on experience)

We’re hiring an Area Cleaning Supervisor to support multiple client locations across the Fort Wayne area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and values doing things the right way.

• Oversee and support cleaning technicians across multiple locations
• Travel daily throughout the greater Fort Wayne area
• Inspect facilities to ensure consistent, high‑quality standards
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Step in to assist with cleaning when needed
• Communicate with clients and resolve concerns professionally
• Ensure teams have the supplies and support they need to succeed

• Clean driving record and reliable transportation (daily travel required)
• Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
• High attention to detail—you catch what others overlook
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without constant direction
