Jobletics Pro is hiring Floor Technicians in Loudon, TN to maintain clean and safe flooring in commercial or hospitality environments. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in floor care or janitorial services who take pride in delivering high-quality results.
We are seeking reliable candidates who can work independently or as part of a team and follow proper safety and cleaning procedures.
Responsibilities
- Clean, polish, and maintain floors using equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums
- Apply floor treatments and coatings as needed
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Assist team members with facility upkeep as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in floor care, janitorial, or related role
- Knowledge of floor maintenance techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
