This job order is placed in connection with a concurrent H-2B labor certification application.

A 5‑person full‑time temporary position with Blair Hotels dba The Ranch at Ucross, located at 2673 US Highway 14 East, Clearmont, WY 82835. Employment term is from 04/01/2026 to 10/15/2026.

• Perform light cleaning duties to maintain hotel rooms in a clean and orderly manner.
• Make beds, replenish linens, clean rooms and halls, vacuum.
• Sort dirty linens, fold and sort clean linens, record damaged or stained linens.
• Operate washers and dryers after appropriate training.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

35 hours per week, 08:00 AM – 03:00 PM Monday–Sunday. Work extended daily hours and weekends are required; shifts will vary. 4 days of on‑the‑job training provided.

Pay rate: $16.00 per hour; overtime at $24.00 per hour (time and a half for hours above 40 per week, overtime not guaranteed). Raise/bonus at employer’s discretion. Pay is bi‑weekly on the 8th and 22nd of each month.

Shared housing available only to seasonal full‑time employees. Employees may arrange housing at their own expense. If they elect to live in employer‑provided housing (utilities included) the rent is $50.00 per week. Employer may deduct reasonable housing costs based on number of occupants.

Return transportation and daily subsistence are paid or provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early. Outbound transportation is paid/provided at economical common‑carrier rates. Employer will reimburse the H‑2B worker in the first workweek for visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other required fees (excluding passport expenses). Inbound travel costs are reimbursed not to exceed 50% of the work period or the first paycheck.

Subsistence reimbursements are based on the Federal Register Daily rate ($16.28 minimum, $68 maximum with receipts).
