As an Engineer III, you will be part of the team responsible for ensuring facility systems and structures are maintained and in working order. You will take ownership of the preventative maintenance program to protect our beautiful hotel.

To be successful as our new Engineer III you:

• Minimum of two years experience working with refrigeration system.
• Experience in systems evacuation compressors, retrofit and a C.F.C certificate.
• Capable of utilizing all tools and diagnostic procedures related to the repair process.
• Must possess very good interpersonal and communication skills; will be interfacing with a high percentage of guests as well as other staff members.
• The ability to listen, empathize, be helpful in all situations and make the most sound decisions toward the resolution of a potential problem. Must also possess strong human relations skills.
