Maintain specified common areas of assigned building, to include but not limited to, general custodial responsibilities.

• Education:
  
  High School or GED, preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Prior janitorial experience preferred.
• Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration:
  None
• Other:
  Ability to work for periods of time without direct supervision; knowledge of, or willingness to learn, use of tools, equipment and supplies relative to janitorial duties; ability to work flexible hours; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to stand for long periods and perform duties that frequently require bending and lifting; responsibility for following and ensuring that all safety rules are followed and that appropriate safety equipment is used.

• 90% Mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
• 10% Other duties as assigned.
• Waste removal and general cleaning.
• Pulling trash from containers in restrooms, hallways, common areas, and other areas as assigned.
• Assist in set‑up and teardown of tables and chairs for pre‑ and post‑facility events.
