Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventative maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
