Welder

Ferguson, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking an experienced Welder to support our fire sprinkler and specialty welding operations. This is a full-time position that focuses on welding, inspecting, and maintaining work quality while ensuring a safe working environment.

M-F 6:00am-2:30pm

• Weld outlets onto steel pipe for the fire sprinkler industry.
• Perform specialty welding tasks such as spool pieces and flanges.
• Inspect work for defects, dimensions, alignment, and seam integrity.
• Maintain a clean and safe welding station while meeting quality and performance standards.
• Report all equipment malfunctions, safety issues, and required repairs.

• 1 to 3 years of welding experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
• Continuous focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
• Desire to learn new things.
• Ability to thrive in an inclusive environment.

This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
