Job Overview

As Foreman / Lead Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Kitchen Guard of Jacksonville location, you'll be at the heart of our operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
• Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Maintaining and managing equipment, and reporting any discrepancies.
• Ensuring the successful work product of the crew.

Shift: Overnight (9-11 PM check‑in, 5-7 AM check‑out). Position:
Full‑Time (40‑50 hours per week).

• Overnight crew experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
