As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our residents and staff.

• Inspect and maintain all aspects of our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building structures to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations
• Perform routine inspections and repairs to ensure the maintenance of our facilities' equipment, machinery, and tools
• Perform general maintenance work as needed

• Prior experience in maintenance in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Basic knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
• Excellent communication skills
