- Diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of beverage and commercial food equipment.

- Maintain vehicle stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.

- Valid driver’s license.
- General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.

- Basic computer skills for documentation via iPad/cell phone.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and frequently move heavy objects.
- Comfort working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
- Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher.
- Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.
- Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise measurements.
BERCO determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $20‑22 hourly. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
