Job Summary
Provides and maintains a clean and sanitary environment by ensuring all floor surfaces and restrooms are properly maintained. Increases customer confidence and loyalty by promoting and executing consistent and compliant operating conditions. ResponsibilitiesMaintain the sales floor, liquor store, offices, break rooms, back rooms, training rooms and restrooms, ensuring they are orderly and free from safety hazards. Operate floor care and department equipment, using associated tools and chemicals, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot‑cleaning carpets. Dispose of trash and perform restroom deep cleaning. Create an environment welcoming customers and help build customer confidence and loyalty through assistance in product selection.
Ensure company standards for safety, proper food handling practices, sanitation, and productivity are maintained. Adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements (USDA, COOL, DOA) and execute all product recalls and withdrawals in a timely manner. Reinforce safety programs by conducting inspections, reporting unsafe conditions, notifying management of accidents, and ensuring compliance with wage and hour policies. Cultivate a culture of safety within the store and ensure all associates receive necessary safety training and use personal protective equipment.

QualificationsRequired Education
:
High School / GED.
Preferred Education
:

Languages
:
English required;
Spanish preferred.
Experience
: 0–3 years supervisory experience minimum.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same.
- Successful completion of pre‑employment drug testing and background check.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, motivational and communication skills.
Environmental Factors
Retail – General Heavy. Physical demands include standing, walking, reaching, carrying up to 50 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 250 lbs. Working conditions may involve indoor and outdoor environments, varying temperatures, and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Safety risks include slips, hazardous equipment, sharp objects, noise, and airborne irritants.
Travel
Occasional travel; overnight travel not required.
