Job DescriptionThe Lead Floor Tech is responsible for overseeing and performing floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpets in client buildings and facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of scheduled floor care tasks, operating and maintaining floor care equipment, training and supporting team members, inspecting work for quality standards, and helping promote a safe and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate has floor care experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example. Experience with floor machines, stripping/waxing, burnishing, and carpet care is preferred. We will provide additional training on our proven processes and leadership expectations.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous floor care experience preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Ability to operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
- Successful drug screening and background check.
- Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
- The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.
- Reliable transportation.
