Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earnings: $15.00 per hour.

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including packing and moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits
• Maintain customer payment status and make reminder and collection calls as needed

• Transport lift/move items up to 35 pounds
• Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50 % of time in outdoor environments, including stairs and large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds, curb appeal, and debris removal

Experience: Successful candidates come from customer‑service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.

Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations or conduct work. Mileage reimbursement available.
