Janitorial Operations Supervisor – Jacksonville, FL (Marsden South)

Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Full time – Mon‑Fri 3pm‑11:30am (subject to change)

• Drive between multiple locations to perform cleaning inspections, train new personnel, and more.
• Perform duties of supervised staff.
• Complete regular quality inspections of assigned clients.
• Ensure all associates are properly trained at each account, focusing on long‑term retention.
• Build a culture of work safety and lead by example with one’s own safe behavior.
• Treat co‑workers with respect and approach conflict with positive intent and professionalism.
• Ask questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it – champion change when improvements can be made.
• Have a coaching mindset and be a champion of your team.
• Collaborate with strong influencing skills.
• Have previous experience with cleaning procedures and practices.
• Be proficient in written and verbal English communication.
• Have strong employee and client focus.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
• Be experienced with stocking and replenishing supplies.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times (e.g., lock doors, use proper chemicals, report incidents).

• Must be able to lift 35–50 lbs.
• Hold a driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to start training immediately.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A pre‑employment criminal background check is required.
• Previous lead/supervisor experience in a janitorial role is a must.
