Job Description

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining the buildings
- Keeping breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
- Sweeping and/or blowing debris
- Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
- Walking the property monthly
- Pressure washing the buildings
- Preparing market‑ready units
- Cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities
- Keeping the compactor area free from debris
- Customer service orientation
- Detail‑oriented
- Strong organizational skills
