We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of our facilities and homes. Our expertise lies in providing exceptional cleaning services for short-term rentals, residential spaces, and various commercial establishments, including offices, restaurants, spas, and schools. We take pride in our rigorous standards of cleanliness and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.

We offer a flexible schedule with hours assigned per-job, the potential for increased opportunities as our company expands, and comprehensive training for individuals new to the cleaning industry. Additionally, we provide competitive pay ranging from $13-$15 per hour based on experience, with the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Our cleaners are paid weekly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and has a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all areas meet our established standards by providing diligent care and conducting thorough inspections.
• Clean and sanitize all spaces within designated time limits, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, washing dishes, surface cleaning, and disposing of trash.
• Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing customer needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Properly maintain equipment, and report any malfunctioning equipment or supply shortages.
• Report any property damage or security concerns immediately to the appropriate authority.
• Handle guest complaints and requests professionally, escalating to management as necessary.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Work independently or in a team to complete all cleaning tasks before deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is beneficial but optional.
• Ability to work independently and consistently deliver high-quality performance.
• Friendly, customer-oriented approach.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Flexible schedule with availability for assignments as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check.
