Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Position: Temporary Housekeeper (60–90 Days, Possible Full-Time Hire)
Pay: $16/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper for our apartment complex and townhouses, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in multiple settings, including individual apartment units, townhouses, the leasing office, and common areas. Your attention to detail and strong work ethic will help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Sanitize and clean bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products
• Perform floor care duties including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
• Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials
• Clean at least two apartment units or townhouses per day
• Maintain cleanliness in the leasing office and other shared areas

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under minimal supervision

• $16/hour pay
• Temporary position (60–90 days) with possibility of full‑time hire
