We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Floor Technician to join our team at Fountains at Mill Cove. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, promoting a positive and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. FloorTechnician Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the floors, corridors, and common areas of the facility
- Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment and machinery
- Restock supplies and materials as needed
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and organized facility
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff
- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
- Prior experience preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
