Blue Magma Residential is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to support property maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role covers grounds upkeep, supplies management, and maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with safety policies.
Primary duties include cleaning grounds, applying salt to prevent ice, daily upkeep of buildings and grounds, and keeping inventory of equipment and supplies. OSHA standards apply; training provided.
