Aircraft Ordnance Systems Mechanic Leader

Duties

You will work from blueprints, technical manuals, and drawings to complete tasks and document the work performed.

You will make ejection seats safe for maintenance by removing explosive charges and makes them ready for flight by reinstalling them.

You will disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and test various models of ejection seats and their components.

You will perform the most complex and difficult tasks, including the overhaul and repair of aircraft ejection seats, escape system components, and associated sub-assemblies.

You will direct, assist, and instruct other Aircraft Ordnance Systems personnel.

You will provide guidance on complex, experimental, and prototype work.
