We are seeking a dedicated Campus Custodian to join our team. Partner with Bridge Prep Academy to maintain a clean, safe, and high-quality facility that exemplifies our commitment to excellence and provides an optimal learning environment for our students.

Clear Standards: Work within a structured system with clear targets, including completing work orders within 48 hours and achieving top Facilities Audit ratings.

Cleanliness & Upkeep: Maintain exceptional cleaning standards across classrooms, common areas, and school grounds.

Maintenance: Execute assigned repair and maintenance work orders within 48 hours.

Safety First: Use required PPE 100% of the time, keep all chemical supplies securely locked, and immediately report unsafe situations.

Inventory: Monitor supplies and order from the Facilities Manager within campus guidelines.

Equipment: Safely operate heavy cleaning machinery and properly handle standard facility cleaning solutions.

Required:

Skills: Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions for cleaning, minor maintenance, and safety.

Physical Requirements: Ability to handle chemicals, operate cleaning equipment, and exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally (or 10 pounds frequently).

Compliance: Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Preferred:

Prior experience in commercial or school-based custodial operations.
