Position Title:
Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) Supervisor
Industrial Facility Maintenance (Building 277)
Scope of PositionProvides full‑time oversight for FRCSE Building 277 operations, working with a core crew familiar with FRCSE industrial facilities.
Tasks and Capabilities Required- Coordinate facility maintenance tasks with Plant Services and multiple shop supervisors.
- Oversee industrial facility maintenance, repairs, and operational support.
- Track, report, and execute recurring work requirements at FRCSE facilities.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience managing facility maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Must coordinate directly with FRCSE Plant Services.
- Industrial maintenance certifications
- CMMS/Maximo experience
- OSHA 30
