Maintenance Custodian Associate

Base Pay Range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you will ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. You are constantly on your feet, maintaining a positive attitude to provide customers with a great experience from start to finish.

Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and correcting unsafe situations.

Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and utilizing approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.

Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company’s Environmental Sustainability Program.

Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring rotation and proper storage, and place orders to replenish supplies when needed.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00.

Additional compensation includes premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
