This position is available at our luxury Jacksonville, luxury community, consisting of just under 300 units. This is a beautiful property that you will be proud to work at!

Apartment Make Ready Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Make Ready Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community to ensure a safe, attractive, and fully functional living environment for our residents. You'll work closely with the Property Director and Maintenance team to anticipate and resolve maintenance issues, respond to service requests promptly, and complete make-readies to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete resident work orders in a timely, customer-focused manner (within 24 hours when possible)
- Execute preventative maintenance plans and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment upkeep
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Assist with groundskeeping and curb appeal as needed
- At least 1 year of property maintenance experience (2+ preferred)
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and systems diagnostics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
- Hand & power tools, testing meters, ladders, pumps, compressors, and more
- Indoor and outdoor work in various conditions
- Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and complete physically demanding tasks
