Perform routine building maintenance including painting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and minor electrical repairs
Complete maintenance reports and other required documentation
Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls promptly
Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
Support additional maintenance duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED required
Two or more years of maintenance or related experience preferred
Motivated and dependable team player
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
