Join our team and help maintain a clean, safe campus in a Christ-centered environment.
Full-time/Part-time PositionThe Custodian is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for students, staff, and visitors. This role supports the daily operations of JCA and Anchor Free Will Baptist Church by ensuring facilities are well-kept and reflect the values and standards of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, restrooms, and all common areas to include but not limited to: sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, disinfect, restock cleaning supplies, clean windows and mirrors, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, entryways, and shared spaces
- Follow established cleaning schedules and safety procedures
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and responsibly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior custodial or facilities experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and products
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
