Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at Foxoso Hotel, located in Jaipur. The Guest Services Associate will assist guests by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, managing reservations, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations. Responsibilities include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest concerns, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with hotel staff to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Guest Services and Guest Service to ensure excellent interactions with guests
Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations with attention to detail and efficiency
Excellent Communication skills for handling guest inquiries and collaborating with team members
Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Prior experience in a hotel or customer-facing role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus
