Call Centre Manager
Role & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of approximately 10 callers .
Ensure call quality, productivity, and performance targets are met.
Handle escalations and resolve customer or stakeholder concerns efficiently.
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports on team performance, call metrics, and outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Eligibility Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Graduate or above in Journalism / Marketing / Mass Communication.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in call center operations or team management.
Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more members .
Prior experience working with government or political departments .
Must be locally based in Jaipur .
Proficiency in Hindi .
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools.
