- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 5 stars international chain hotel
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, growth mindset, self driven and resilience to change
- Establishes a culture of open-mindedness and go beyond the comfort zone
- Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
