Thamrin, Jakarta, near shopping and business districts. The hotel has 166 rooms, 4 meeting rooms, a street bar at the lobby floor and a Sky Loft Restaurant on the top.

We are looking for a Sales Admin to support the Sales & Marketing Manager.

• Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager with reporting and admin tasks.
• Answer incoming calls in a pleasant manner using the hotel telephone etiquette guidelines and handle enquiries according to departmental procedures.
• Assist in packing materials such as hotel brochures, sales kits, giveaways, etc.
• Handle sales inquiries (brochures, slides, sales kits, giveaways).
• Communicate group needs and specifications to relevant departments.
• Prepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance with the hotel's sales administration process.

• Good communication and customer contact skills.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
• English language proficiency; other languages are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
