• Drive profitability and control budgets through strategic planning, cost control, creative menu development, and targeted promotions aligned with market trends.

Your Skills & Experiences

• Minimum 2 years in the same field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Creative mindset with a passion for F&B trends and guest dining experience
• Proven track record in revenue generation, cost control, and F&B promotions
• Excellent guest service orientation with strong problem‑solving and communication skills
