Duty Manager – Grand Hyatt Jakarta
Grand Hyatt Jakarta is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at the Front Desk.
Responsibilities- Assist with efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Duty Manager or Team Leader – Front Office/Guest Relations in a 5-star or luxury hotel.
- Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
- Excellence in language skills.
