Maintenance of production operations and ongoing servicing of printing equipment. Shift work performed at the client's premises.

• Installs production printers (Image Press & Vario Print) and trains the customer’s operators.
• Provides preventive maintenance to ensure OCE & Canon products perform at optimal efficiency.
• Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined service procedures.
• Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.
• Manages tools and time in an efficient way.
• Maintains a sufficient inventory of parts and materials for on-site service.
• Works effectively in a small team.
• Identifies and communicates new sales opportunities.

• Knowledge of electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.
• Fluent Polish and good English skills.
• Good interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written.
• Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical/mechanical/IT issues – preferably print industry related.
• A category B driving license is required.
