Custodian & Maintenance Assistant; Part-Time – Morning Shift

The Lake Club is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian/Maintenance Assistant.. This is a part-time, morning position perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys ensuring a premier facility remains tidy, functional, and inviting for members and guests.

In this role, you will take ownership of the club’s appearance and operational readiness, assuming responsibility for general repairs, cleanliness, and preventative maintenance across the property.

• Operational Support:
  Partner with management to assist with morning opening procedures and address any immediate facility issues.
• Facility Upkeep:
  Maintain a tidy and functional environment by performing general repairs and "handyman" tasks as needed.
• Exterior Maintenance:
  Ensure all pavement, curbing, and parking lot entrances are clean; pressure wash main thoroughfares and high-traffic areas as necessary.
• Entrance Standards:
  Verify that all entrances are spotless and that floor mats are clean, tidy, and properly positioned.
• Waste Management:
  Regularly empty trash receptacles and ensure all cans are cleaned and maintained.
• Lighting & Fixtures:
  Monitor and replace light bulbs and maintain the appearance of all light fixtures.
• Patio & Pool Support:
  Ensure the member patio is clean and set up appropriately for daily use; assist with pool area maintenance as assigned.

• Proven "handyman" skills with the ability to perform general mechanical and structural repairs.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a high-end luxury aesthetic.
• Ability to work a consistent morning schedule throughout the season.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to solve problems as they arise.
