We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Floor Technician to join our team at a local school in Jamestown. If you have experience with floor maintenance and a keen eye for detail, this evening position offers a consistent schedule in a stable environment.

Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Location: Jamestown, NC (School Setting)

Your main focus will be the restoration and maintenance of various floor surfaces, ensuring the school shines for students and staff every morning.

Floor Maintenance: Stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing hard floors.

Carpet Care: Deep cleaning and shampooing carpets as needed.

Equipment Operation: Safe use of floor scrubbers, burnishers, and extractors.

General Cleaning: Assisting with general janitorial duties (trash removal, restroom cleaning, or vacuuming) as required by the supervisor.

Technical Skill: Previous experience operating floor maintenance machinery is highly preferred.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy equipment.

Detail-Oriented: A commitment to high-quality results and "safety-first" mindset (using wet floor signs, proper chemical dilution, etc.).

Dependability: Reliable transportation and a track record of excellent attendance.
