• Maintain and troubleshoot all facility/infrastructure systems, including boilers, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and facility process cooling systems.
• Perform minor facility repairs and general maintenance for insulation, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and overall building needs, including minor carpentry and painting.
• Maintain vendor relationships for general facility maintenance.
• Oversee all building and grounds upkeep, including sprinkler and fire suppression systems.
• Use SAP software for parts checkout, reporting, and general data entry.
• Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.).
• Perform other duties deemed by management integral to the job, including adherence to work schedules, attendance policies, and applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
• Possess or attain licenses required by municipal, county, ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components, and other job‑related equipment.

• 1+ years of experience in building maintenance or as a technician in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school certification or diploma is a plus.

Salary Range – $25.20/hr to start, $26.80/hr after 90 days.

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM – may require some weekends and some 12‑hour shifts as needed.
