This position offers a pay rate of $23/hr belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. • Dumping and loading railcars and trucks
• Operating a grain dryer
• Assisting with grain handling
• Performing general housekeeping duties
• Performing general maintenance as needed

• Be committed to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture and understand and follow all company safety procedures.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance.
• Be able to climb stairs and ladders, work in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), and lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted.
• Be willing to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while remaining flexible enough to work effectively in a team environment.
• Maintain a professional image at all times and exhibit a positive, respectful attitude.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
