Engineering & Maintenance Operations Leader

In this leadership role, you'll oversee Maintenance, Life Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Emergency Response, and Grounds Operations while helping drive innovation through predictive maintenance and AI-powered technologies. You'll collaborate with leaders across the health system to manage capital projects, maintain regulatory compliance, improve operational efficiency, and support the long-term success of our facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Lead maintenance, life safety, regulatory compliance, emergency response, and grounds operations
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and critical digital documentation
• Coordinate facility upgrades, capital projects, and building system improvements
• Support regulatory readiness and accreditation compliance
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and system leaders to improve operations across multiple facilities
• Help develop budgets, prepare reports, and implement innovative maintenance strategies

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) preferred
• Hospital facilities, maintenance, engineering, or construction management experience preferred
• Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for improving healthcare environments through innovation and teamwork
