Position:Casket Delivery & Maintenance Technician
Looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our cemetery operations team. This position combines casket delivery, property maintenance, and hands‑on experience in the death care profession.
If you enjoy working outdoors, driving, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great opportunity to build a career—not just find a job.
- Training and hands‑on experience in the death care industry
- Safely deliver and transport caskets to funeral homes and cemetery locations
- Drive and maintain a company delivery van
- Assist with general cemetery and property maintenance
- Help keep cemetery grounds, equipment, and work areas looking their best
- Perform physical, hands‑on work throughout the day
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with funeral homes, families, and coworkers
- Work occasional weekends when delivery needs require it
You don’t need prior cemetery or death care experience—we’re willing to train the right person.
You should:
- Be dependable and take pride in your work
- Be comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
- Be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Have a clean driving record
- Be comfortable driving a delivery van
- Be willing to pass a drug screen and background check
- Be professional, respectful, and comfortable working in a sensitive environment
- Be willing to work occasional weekends when needed
This position is an excellent way to get your foot in the door of the death care and cemetery industry
