Harvard Maintenance - - Responsibilities:
Basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms,Entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting polishing;
Restock restrooms and replenish dispensers; empty trash; sanitize fixtures;
Move furniture, vacuum, reposition furniture, empty trash and replace liners;
Check trash containers before moving;
Attend to flooded areas and spills; incident clean-up; restock carts/closets
