Facility Technician

* Job Description:

** The Facility Technician is responsible for managing and maintaining the facility’s infrastructure and systems to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations. This role involves supporting the operation and building systems, coordinating maintenance tasks, assisting facility projects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
** Responsibilities:
** Work with colleagues on facility improvement projects, including renovations, upgrades, and repairs.

Ensure proper waste management and compliance to EPA requirements

Ensure documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

* Qualifications:

** 1-2 years of experience in facility management, building systems maintenance, or a similar role. Solar panel industry is a plus.

Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC systems, MAU, RAU, Scrubbers, Chillers, Boilers, Chemical and Waste Management, electrical systems, cleanroom environment (Temperature & Humidity Control and Pressure Control), UPW, PCW, Vacuum & CDA system, work with specialty gas and chemicals.

Familiarity with safety regulations. local laws and regulations as well as industry standards. Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. Proficiency in facility management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
** Preferred

Skills:

** Experience with energy management and sustainability practices. Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the industry or facility type. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.

Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends. Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.
