Job Summary

As a Supervisor at Office Pride, you will ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall maintenance of our facilities. Your proactive approach to cleanliness and organization will create a positive and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and keep supplies stocked.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and public spaces.
• Track cleaning supplies and equipment inventory; notify supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Preferably reside within 15-20 minutes of the location.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred; positive attitude, reliability, strong work ethic required.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation techniques and safe use of equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
