KENCO - - - Responsibilities:
Perform general facility maintenance and repairs on interior and exterior of building, fixtures, appliances, and equipment;
Schedule and oversee third-party contractors visiting the facility for repairs or maintenance;
Inspect ladders, dock doors, dock lights, dock plates, and personnel door access for safe operation;
Maintain Preventative Maintenance schedule and log for all buildings and equipment;
Operate a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment
