Maintenance & MRO Coordinator Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $ 24.00 / annually
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
- Develop, schedule, and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all production equipment and facility assets.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel and production supervisors to schedule PM activities while minimizing production disruption.
- Track PM completion, maintain maintenance records, and follow up on overdue or missed maintenance activities.
- Request and evaluate quotations for MRO parts, tooling, and maintenance-related supplies from vendors.
- Work with approved suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, availability, and timely delivery of materials.
Maintenance & MRO Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with purchasing processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and maintenance planning.
- Understanding of industrial equipment, replacement parts, and maintenance terminology.
- Ability to interpret equipment manuals and parts documentation.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
